Breeding Welsh with the World Famous Llanarth Bloodlines

Although there have always been Mountain ponies at LLANARTH, in recent years Catryn has increased the number of her mares.

She has bred and exported International winners and HOYS qualifiers.

In 2018, DUKESHILL MAGNUM joined the Stud for his days. Thanks to Kathy & Jo Sheil for entrusting us with their special boy. Sadly, we lost him in August 2020, his last foals arrived in Spring 2021.

Llanarth Alfie Boe is now owned by the Proctor Family and is doing very well under saddle, ridden by Harriet and led by brother Matthew.

WAITWITH WILD APRICOT as a yearling above and below under saddle ridden by Evie Bigley.
In 2017, 2018 & 2019 Apricot & Evie qualified for Horse of the Year Show and was Champion Mini at the Royal Welsh Show in 2017 and 2019.
